At the panoramic Hotel Obkircher in the Dolomites, quality and freshness are right at the top of our list of priorities. Every meal that comes out of the Obkircher kitchen is lovingly prepared using local ingredients, which is something head chef Helga and her junior chef Sandra are particularly proud of.
Alongside the conventional meals, our guests can also enjoy our daily vegetarian variant and, once a week, our special themed nights – such as Tyrolean night or Italian night – always go down a treat.

Of course, no day should ever begin without a hearty breakfast. Tasty and diverse – you’ll be spoilt for choice! You can look forward to a breakfast buffet featuring fresh produce; a variety of bread and rolls; jams, marmalades and other spreads; cold meats and cheeses; dairy produce; healthy mueslis and fresh fruit juice. Plus, we will also be delighted to bring you any of our freshly prepared egg dishes. There’s also tea, coffee or cappuccino with freshly foamed milk to give you that caffeine kick each morning.
